Conflict, Connection & Communication

A Three-Week Guided Experience

Conflict is a part of every relationship.

Whether it’s with a spouse, coworker, family member, friend, or even yourself, conflict has a way of revealing the patterns we often don’t realize we’re carrying. We may become defensive, withdraw, over-explain, shut down, or keep pushing until we’re heard. These reactions can feel automatic, leaving us wondering why the same conversations seem to repeat themselves.

What if conflict wasn’t just something to get through—but something that could help you better understand yourself?

Conflict, Connection & Communication is a three-week guided experience designed to help you recognize your communication patterns, understand how your nervous system influences conflict, and begin responding with greater awareness and intention.

This isn’t a lecture, and it isn’t traditional conflict resolution training.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, reflect, ask questions, and develop practical tools that you can begin using immediately in your everyday relationships.

During This Pilot Program You’ll Explore

Week 1 – How Conflict Starts

Discover how conflict develops long before conversations escalate. You’ll learn to recognize your personal conflict patterns, identify common escalation loops, and begin understanding why certain situations affect you more than others.

Week 2 – Your Nervous System in Communication

Learn what happens inside your brain and body when conversations begin to feel threatening. You’ll explore how your nervous system influences your emotions, reactions, and communication—and why understanding those responses is one of the most powerful steps toward lasting change.

Week 3 – Communication Modes

Identify the communication patterns people naturally fall into during conflict and learn how these patterns influence relationships. Through guided reflection and discussion, you’ll begin recognizing new possibilities for responding with intention rather than reacting automatically.

A Note About This Pilot Program

This is the first time I am offering this program in its current format.

Rather than presenting a polished, one-size-fits-all course, I’ve chosen to begin with a small pilot group so I can learn alongside participants, gather thoughtful feedback, and continue refining the experience. In return, you’ll receive early access to the curriculum, opportunities to help shape future offerings, and preferred pricing on upcoming courses.

To create a space where participants feel comfortable asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning together, enrollment is intentionally limited to 12 participants.
